Setting up heliports

Heliport, in accordance with Article 2 paragraph 5 polish Aviation Law (Journal of Laws 2006 No. 100, item. 696, with amendements), is a defined area on land, water or other surface in whole or in part designed to perform take-offs, landings and ground movement of aircraft, included in the registry of landings.

• Regulation of the polish Minister of Infrastructure dated 20 July 2004 on the requirements for aerodromes (Journal of Laws No. 170, item. 1791).
• Regulation of the polish Minister of Infrastructure dated 30 April 2004 on the records of landing sites (Journal of Laws No. 118, item. 1238).
• Regulation of the polish Minister of Infrastructure dated 8 September 2003 on the air charges (Journal of Laws No. 176, item. 1718, of 2005 No. 223, item. 1983).

Setting up other places prepared to taking offs and landings of aircrafts

Other place prepared to takeoffs and landings of aircrafts, in accordance with Article. 93 paragraph 1 of the Act of 3 July 2002 polish Aviation Law (Journal of Laws 2006 No. 100, item. 696, with amendments) is an airport other than a registered airfields, and other than landing airstrips entered into the registry, the area of which can be performed takeoffs and landings of aircraft.

• Guidelines No. 1 of the President of polish Civil Aviation Office on other places suitable for takeoffs and landings of aircraft, referred to in Article 1 Paragraph 93 of the Act of polish Aviation Law (Official Journal Civil Aviation Office from 2008. No. 4, item 37).
