Hiring criteria for paramedics/nurses

PARAMEDIC/NURSE – HEMS CREW MEMBER

1. has passed the preliminary test;
2. has passed the practical exam;
3. minimum secondary medical education, with a major in emergency medical services or nursing;
4. in the case of nurses – meeting the requirements of a nurse in the system;
5. minimum 3 years of professional experience;
6. proficiency in the use of medical equipment;
7. current hepatitis vaccinations;
8. knowledge of MS Office;
9. ability to work as part of a medical team;
10. resilience to stress;
11. communication skills;
12. category B driver's license;
13. knowledge of English will be a plus.
